Exceptional room at a prime location of Kea

Located very nicely at Koundouros. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was awesome and large.

Just the fact that - like everything in Kea - is built on a slope and you have to climb a bunch of stairs carrying your bags. Not anyone’s fault though, but I’m mentioning it for elderly people to be aware.

The room was clean and spacious. Good airconditioning, an overall modern hotel. Beautiful beach near by. The staff is verry attentive.

A pleasant experience where you can get the absolute rest you need to in a clean and friendly environment .

It was absolutely clean and the staff responsible Mrs Apostolia was taking care daily to check if we are satisfied . She did the extra mile with personal initiatives upgrading on her own our stay to a room with private pool which was much appreciated . The room was very clean and tidy every day . The property was close by to Kondouros beach bar which was the best in the area and you could stay the entire day in the place as everything was provided close by.

In general nothing bad in the property . There is a parking issue in the island and even though space was provided in the property to park , this was exposed to sun . If there was a sun protection for the cars , parking area this would be great .However you could easily park without problem . There was enough space . That was the only proposal for better !

Idyllic rural Greek getaway.

Location was visually stunning and the area was incredibly peaceful. Felt very high-end but with a good price. The property itself was as beautiful as it’s surrounds. The staff were very kind and always helpful. Thoughtful little toiletries and a beautiful big breakfast daily. These things really showed how they go the extra mile for their guests.

Some parts of the bathroom were unfinished. Though it wasn’t a big problem for us, the drains weren’t covered/sealed leaving deep open holes in both the shower and near the sink & toilet… could have definitely caused an injury if we were not careful. Unfortunately, there was a bar and restaurant advertised that is no longer open or maybe even existing? We weren’t sure… it was a bit confusing. This lead to us finding out that the only spot for food in the area was a 10min walk to a big (very beautiful & worthwhile) restaurant. For young women without cars in the area, this was the safest place as it was quickest to get to. There were no grocery stores or little shops for food etc. in this area. Not to get to by foot anyway. Also only taxis as transport from Korissia (port) to here… bit expensive but a beautiful drive. I’m sure we could have learned more about the area and facilities with more days but maybe next time!

I liked the access to the pool

The fact that the 'private balcony' was not private and the room was pretty dark, bi window in the bathroom and shower was bloken.

Nice, but very glad that it was a gift and I didn't had to pay for this. Value for money. NOT

The breakfast was very pleasant. Variety and quality. The view from the breakfast hall was truly amazing.The service was really friendly. We enjoyed the balcony and the design of the room. The bed was very comfy, and the amenities was a nice touch.

BUT it wasn't very clean, the pool had some black things floating on the surface, and around the pool the walls was covered in dust. The room was surprising clean, although the bathroom faucet was rusty and really unsanitary. All night long we were hearing the buzzing from the next room pool. Very irritating, because we couldn't enjoy a night cup to our balcony. Not to mention the night sleep with the buzzing....

Location is great Breakfast were cool Customer service also. Room very comfortable And i love the shower.

We had a good time and the staff were so nice but with drawbacks in other respects.

The breakfast was fine and the staff were very kind and let us take some food for lunch - due to the lack of any shops nearby. In fact the staff were exceptional in the way they would bring us treats to our room! There were plenty of beaches and hikes in the area and it was a good stay.

The main drawback was coming at the end of the season. In any case there was only one restaurant within walking distance and even that closed after 3 nights. The room itself was reasonable but the lavatory seat was broken - as was the shower fittings.....

Overall good but room prices should be definitely lower

The staff and their willingness to help at all times with a smile is the strongest asset of this hotel. Overall, the place is quite.

The room's private pool was not that clean and there's not much privacy since around 10 meters in front there are other room doors. Furthermore, the main pool is smaller than the one at the photos. There's definitely room for improvement when it comes to breakfast (i.e. more rich)
